Job Description
True Care has an immediate need for Certified Home Health Aides to care for our clients, assisting those who want care in the comfort of their own home.
What You'll Do:
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by
following standards and procedures, keeping with strict
observance of the plan of care.
Communicate regularly with the True Care staff
and nursing supervisor.
Record and monitor client's health and condition,
notifying True Care staff immediately when observing
unusual conditions.
Adapt to different cultures and environments.
Assist our clients with activities of daily living, including
but not limited to: light housekeeping, bathing, grooming,
toileting, nail care, exercising, transferring with or without
mechanical lifting devices, oral feeding, laundry, meal
preparing and errand running.
Provide the highest standard of care to our client's and
their families with compassion and integrity.
