If you have only Medicare, you may qualify for short-term HHA services if you also qualify for certain skilled services, such as OT, PT, RN visits, etc. Contact us to find out more!

New York's Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program. A Medicaid-sponsored plan that allows you to hire a friend or family member as your compassionate caregiver
Typically the CDPAP program does not allow this. However, depending on the case, we’ve been able to secure CDPAP for a parent to be a caregiver for their young child. Give us a call, and we will determine whether or not your particular case is eligible.
Absolutely!
Two doses of the MMR vaccine or proof of immunity with lab results are required by the state to become a personal assistant with CDPAP.

If you have not been working for over 2 years or more, then your HHA certificate is no longer valid.
Yes! We have a certification program we offer to people interested in becoming a Home Health Aide. Classes are always ongoing, with many locations options in the five boroughs. Let us know if you’re interested and we will be in touch with our next training date. HHA Certification
It takes approximately 3 weeks if you are taking a course in English. If you are taking a course in Spanish, it can take anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks. Keep in mind that you cannot be absent for any of the training days.
