Over the years, True Care has been available to provide infusion services for patients of Montefiore Home Care and we’ve continued our support through the sponsorship of their 3rd annual benefit dinner at Blue Hill at Stone Barns this summer. Montefiore’s nationally-recognized experts marshal the newest techniques to diagnose, treat, and prevent cancer while also providing compassionate medical services. Here at True Care, we are excited to serve alongside these experts by providing the care to their patients who prefer to receive these compassionate medical treatments in the comfort of their own home. Like Montefiore Home Care, we share the same goals of providing assistance to the underserved community. As a result, we’ve partnered with several certified home health agencies and hospitals. Helping people from all stages of life; from pediatric care to adult infusion services, True Care provides the infusion services allowing the patients to receive care where they feel most comfortable. Our staff was privileged to hear from Dr. Shalom Kalnicki, Dr. Chandan Guha, and Dr. Amit Verma who shared Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care’s holistic approach to care, as well as their extensive research and work in care. We look forward to our partnership with Montefiore Home Care and will continue our efforts to make it grow. Roberta Duke, Sr. Director of Quality Client Services at True Care said, about the partnership with Montefiore, “Montefiore is a leader and an innovator in today’s healthcare industry and it’s an honor that we can assist them in providing the care that is crucial to our clients.” True Care’s Home Infusion Therapy offers clients the ability to receive high-tech, specialty nursing care at home.
