It is important that we care for everyone in this time of need. We want to remind you of what you should look for when caring for your clients during this time. **What to look for or ask your clients:** 1.  Ask or observe if the client’s condition regarding upper respiratory symptoms (e.g. cough, sore throat, fever, or shortness of breath) 2.  Ask the patient, “Have you traveled to a country with a travel restriction due to coronavirus within the past 14 days?” 3.  Ask the patient, “Have you had contact with any suspected or confirmed individuals with COVID-19?” If you answer Yes, to any of these questions above, it’s important that you report right away! Here is how you can report: 1.  Call 929-474-9322, our Coronavirus Emergency Hotline and leave a message. 2.  Call your Coordinator 3.  Use the new IVR codes to report when clocking out.   **New IVR Codes: ** | 994 | **Patient exposed to persons suspected or confirmed positive for coronavirus ** | | --- | --- | | 995 | **Patient traveled to country with widespread coronavirus in the past 14 days** | | 996 | **Patient has a fever or respiratory symptoms** | | 997 | **Aide exposed to person suspected or confirmed positive for coronavirus** | | 998 | **Aide traveled to country with widespread coronavirus in the past 14 days** | | 999 | **Aide has fever or respiratory symptoms ** | [You can view these IVR codes online.](https://hha-online-application-new.truecareny.com/ivr)    **Requesting Personal Protective Equipment:** We are supplying PPE to all active aides who are on a case.
